Mentor has assumed an important role as a HP sub contractor in Business Intelligence Project of Turk Telecom Renovation Program.
In the Project scope, Mentor contributes Turk Telecom BI services to successfully meet IT users requirements and demands.
SOFTTECH CMMI ML3 Project
Mentor has initiated Softtech CMMI ML3 project to analyze Softtech processes in order to eliminate discordancies according to Maturity Level 3 demands referred by CMMI Dev v.1.2.
Mentor has aimed at transforming Softtech ,an information technology expert company, as an organization which executes its activities according to the Maturity Level 3 based on sustainable development.
GENEX CMMI ML3 Project
Mentor has initiated Genex International CMMI ML3 project aiming at developing Genex Project Management, Quality Management Configuration Management and the other work processes in accordance with CMMI Maturity Level 3. In this concept, the Project is intended on providing the process maturity in Genex, CMMI Level 3 certification, enhancing the staff satisfaction.
TFKB Information System Department, Project Management Office Implementation Consultancy
A PMO has been implemented by Mentor for Türkiye Finance Participation Bank Information System Department and Project Management procedures, processes and policies have been created and put into services. Within the project scope, given consultancy services are reviewing existing Information System Department Project Management processes in TFKB, reconstruction services based on methodology, process, policy and procedures around needs.
Akbank Agile Methods Consultancy
A consultancy services have been given about carrying IT projects with Agile methods within Information System Department of Akbank. Firstly, the development teams have been taken Agile Project Management training by Mentor in order to get information about this method. In order to execute selected pilot projects with Agile methods, Mentor consultants played Project Managers role to complete successful them.
HSBC Enterprise Business Intelligence Project
In this project, Enterprise Data Warehouse infrastructure has been formed. Mentor has worked with Philogica as a solution partner.
